As part of writing Project Failure Case Studies I do a lot of research on failed projects.
Not every project I encounter in court documents and/or news papers is suitable for a case study. Nor do I have time to write a case study on each suitable project failure I encounter.
But this research has led to a large list of failed projects with meta data, links to court documents, public audit reports, online articles, and other sources.
Since this might be interesting for other people I have decided to create a Project Failure Database and make it public. It is still work in progress but the first entries are available.

The goal is to be the best source for project failures around the globe that can be used for news articles, scientific research, case studies, and so on.
